We are seeking a detail-oriented Powder Coat Line Operator for a manufacturing company in Litchfield. In this hands-on role, you will load, prep, paint, and inspect parts to ensure high-quality finishes.

Powder Coat Line Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

• Load and unload metal parts from the paint line.
• Wash, clean, and prepare parts.
• Apply paint and assist with powder coating operations.
• Inspect cooled parts to ensure they are fully covered.

Powder Coat Line Operator

Qualifications:

• Steel toes are required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime if scheduled.
• Comfortable lifting 50lbs unassisted.
• No education requirements needed.
• Previous powder coat paint experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
