Trillium Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a reputable manufacturer in the Great Lakes region.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term growth. Pay: $22+/hr. (Based on Experience) + 16% Shift Premium (Nights).

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills from start to finish
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine calibrations
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T to produce precision parts

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:15 PM – 4:45 AM (+16% premium)

Machine parts for a variety of industries

Ensure quality and precision standards are met

Work with a team in a clean, well-maintained facility

Direct hire (no contract period)

Overtime opportunities

Stable company with strong pipeline of work

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Ability to complete full setups and run jobs independently
• High School Diploma or GED
• Machine Tool training preferred
• Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment
