Satellite Industries seeks a Lamination Fiberglass Technician to join our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will laminate and repair fiberglass components for portable sanitation products, using hand tools, rollers, resins, and molds. You will prep molds, mix and apply resins, lay fiberglass cloth, remove air pockets, and trim and finish parts to specification. The technician follows safety and quality standards, reads work orders and basic blueprints, and collaborates with team members in a clean, inclusive, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
