Position: PAINT AND ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR
Location: Spring Lake

Position summarythe primary responsibilities of this position are to insure parts are painted and assembled to customer prints and specifications and completed by their due date while meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standards.the essential duties and responsibilities are:meet all requirements of sintel’s quality policy, quality manual, operating procedures and work instructions for this job function.insure that employees assigned to specific jobs understand the requirements of the job and are properly trained.insure

that parts painted and assembled are to print specifications and the special instructions noted on the work order.insure that work orders are completed on timethat we meet or exceeds monthly efficiency targets.that we meet or exceed monthly scrap targets insure that all painting and assembly operations are conducted safely and within written sintel and osha safety standards.conduct periodic employee performance reviews.supervisory

responsibilities: all production and hilodrivers on their shift within their area of responsibility.qualifications - to perform this job successfully, an individual mustbe able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
