Food Handler

As a Food Handler in our Food & Beverage Operations department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to nourish and sustain the global community. This position is integral to ensuring the safe, efficient, and quality handling of food products across our diverse range of operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food items are handled, processed, and stored in accordance with company policies and health/safety standards.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of food processing equipment and work areas.
• Assist in the inventory management and tracking of food supplies to prevent shortages and excess.
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize food production and minimize waste.
• Report any food safety issues or concerns to management immediately.
• Participate in job-related training and safety briefings.

Required Skills

• Proficient in using various types of food processing and packaging machinery.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
