Proliant Dairy Ingredients in Michigan is seeking a night-shift operator to support packaging, drying and inventory tasks in a fast-paced dairy plant. You’ll operate packaging lines, weigh and sample product, and ensure accurate labeling for FIFO inventory.
The role requires basic math, ability to read gauges, and adherence to HACCP, GMP, SSOP and SQF standards. A high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience are preferred.
