Operations Team Member

As an Operations Team Member at Weyerhaeuser, you'll support safe, efficient manufacturing within our Manufacturing & Production team. You'll operate and monitor equipment, handle materials, and perform basic quality checks on wood products while following strict safety and environmental standards. Working on-site in a mill environment, you'll contribute to reliable production, continuous improvement, and housekeeping. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet safety, quality, and output goals
• Perform routine inspections, measurements, and quality checks on wood products
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental standards
• Assist with material handling, stacking, packaging, and staging finished products
• Complete basic equipment checks and report issues or downtime promptly
• Accurately record production data and support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to maintain a clean, organized work area
