That’s the impact you’ll make on aerospace components and other high-precision parts.

Your impact

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to deliver parts exactly to print and specification.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues so machines stay production-ready.

Track process performance; refine tooling, offsets, and parameters to sustain quality and throughput.

Interpret blueprints and technical docs to define sequences and work holding.

Verify results with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate across the team to boost efficiency and reduce scrap and rework.

Sustain a clean, organized, and safe cell aligned with company and safety standards.

About youHigh school diploma or equivalent; machining certificate or related technical training preferred.

Demonstrated CNC machinist experience on lathes and/or mills.

Experience with Mazak controls is a plus but not required.

Thorough understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

Comfortable reading and applying technical drawings/blueprints.

Proficient with precision measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges.

Meticulous, quality-first approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Works well independently and within a collaborative team.
