What You’ll Do

As a Level III CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in producing precision-machined components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous production.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate multi-axis CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
  • Troubleshoot machine, setup, and process issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and GD&T requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent quality throughout production.
  • Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow quality standards, production procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing goals and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience.
  • Experience operating multi-axis CNC equipment.
  • Previous experience with Swiss-style, Mill/Turn, or Gantry-style machines is preferred.
  • Experience operating Murata and/or Star machinery is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and machining best practices.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and GD&T.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand and work throughout a full production shift.
