Skilled Labor - Trades We’re looking for a skilled CNC EDM Sinker Specialist to join our Tool Room Team. In this role, you’ll program, set-up, and operate CNC EDM equipment to manufacture precision tooling and mold components that support high quality, efficient production.

• Program, set-up, and operate CNC sinker EDM machines.
• Manufacture precision tooling, mold components, and fixtures to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings.
• Diagnose machining and programming issues and implement effective solutions.
• Inspect completed components using precision measuring equipment to ensure dimensional
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• - Experience in programming and operating CNC EDM equipment (sinker EDM).
• - Strong knowledge of tooling, machining practices, and precision manufacturing.
• - Ability to read blue prints and work to close tolerances.
• - Experience with CAD/CAM software and precision measuring instruments.
• - Knowledge of injection molding process and tooling requirements.
• - Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving ability.
• - A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• - High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality work.
• - Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• - Well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.

• - High school diploma or equivalent
