Our Belding location is currently seeking to DIRECT HIRE 1 new Racker/Packer for our 2nd Shifts.

The job description includes, but is not limited to:

• The job of a laborer vary, changing from day to day.
• T hey perform a variety of duties involving tool use, lifting, carrying and managing equipment.
• This position does involve physical work and does require lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Minimum 6 months recent work history preferably in an industrial setting within the past year.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

We are seeking employees with have excellent attendance, teamwork skills and a competitive hustle to meets goals and want to learn new skills.

WE PAY WEEKLY!

We offer a base pay of $16.50 per hour to start plus a weekly piece rate bonus (average $1.50 - $2.50/hour) and Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. 2nd Shift Premium +$3.00 / hourly.
