General Laborer Production

Responsibilities

• Perform general production labor including material handling, basic assembly, and packaging
• Feed and unload machines, staging materials and finished goods as directed
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures at all times
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Conduct simple visual quality checks and report defects or issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks or pallets as needed
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
