Our client, a growing metal fabrication manufacturer specializing in precision metal fabrication, welding, and assembly solutions for various industrial applications, is seeking a 2nd Shift
- Spot Welder to join their team. As a Spot Welder, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Spring Lake, MI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 2:45 PM to 1:15 AM, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Operate spot welding equipment to weld metal parts and assemblies.
• Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and engineering drawings.
• Verify dimensions and quality of finished products using measuring tools.
• Load, position, and secure materials in fixtures and welding equipment.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure weld quality and product compliance.

What's Needed?

• Previous spot welding experience required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
