Manufacturing / Process Engineer - Caledonia, Michigan
We are seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer to lead new product introductions, improve manufacturing processes, and provide technical support throughout the production lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Lead NPI and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
- Improve productivity, quality, labor efficiency, and material costs.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement techniques.
- Troubleshoot production and process issues and implement solutions.
- Identify and reduce ergonomic and workplace risks.
- Lead process, equipment, and technology improvement projects.
- Evaluate and integrate new manufacturing technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent education.
- Strong manufacturing/process engineering and analytical skills.
- Lean Manufacturing and project leadership experience.
- Strong Excel skills;
Access experience preferred.
