We are looking for a dependable and hardworking
Reclaim/Production Team Member
to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reclaim and clean screens used in the production process
• Remove ink, emulsion, tape, and other materials from screens
• Wash and prepare screens for reuse
• Inspect screens to ensure they are clean and ready for production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general production duties as needed
• Move and organize materials and supplies
• Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work closely with other production team members to help meet daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous production, manufacturing, or screen‑printing experience is helpful, but
  not required - we are willing to train the right person

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands‑on position. Employees must be able to:

• Stand and move for extended periods of time
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
• Lift and carry materials as needed
• Work around water, cleaning solutions, inks, and other materials commonly used in the production process
