- Mol-Son, Mattawan, Michigan We're looking for skilled CNC Mill Operator(s) to join our team. In this role you'll be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling equipment to produce precision tooling components. Works closely with Mold Makers and EDM Operators to determine the most effective machining methods while ensuring quality, accuracy, equipment reliability, and safe work practices.

What you will do:

• Set-up/operate CNC Mill equipment.
• Program CNC Mill controls.
• Program with off-line CAM software.
• Evaluate milling process with mold maker and/or EDM operators for most effective use of equipment.
• Check & measure work performed.
• Monitor equipment maintenance.
• Safety and housekeeping.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge & Skills
• Blueprint reading
• CAD/CAM software and programming
• Mechanical aptitude
• Set-up and operate CNC Mill
• Tool building materials (steels, graphite, Al, Cu, etc.)
• Tool room equipment and machining processes
• Self-motivated
• Use of hand-held measurement tools
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Education and Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating CNC Mill equipment.
