Pay Rate: $16.91- $18.04

• 2nd shift;4:20pm-2:50am (Mon-Thurs with potential OT)
  • Starting Wage: $16.91
  • Upon being hired to full-time perm at approx. 4 to 6 months: $17.49 and 1 year from that date $20.20
• Weekend shift;6am-6:30pm (Fri-Sun with potential OT)
  • Starting Wage: $18.04
  • Upon being hired to full-time perm at approx. 4 to 6 months: $18.67 and 1 year from that date $21.68

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently to build parts according to the manufacturing plan
• Reading and interpreting specifications; following verbal and written instructions to ensure quality

• Supporting teamwork, continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding plant regulations

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for up to 10 hours
• Are focused on safety and quality in all tasks
• Are willing to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
