ResponsibilitiesAs a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing precision aerospace components that meet exact customer specifications.
- Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently
- Monitoring multiple machines and processes simultaneously
- Using precision measuring equipment including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Gauges
- Optical Comparators
- Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Recording production and quality data within electronic systems
- Performing routine operator maintenance (TPM)
- Deburring and reworking parts when necessary
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles
- Following all company safety and quality procedures

- Experience using precision measuring equipment

- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Regular lifting up to 10 pounds
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED required
- $2.00/hour Shift Premium
