• Material Handling and Packaging:
  Safely load, package and move materials and finished products.
• Quality Control:
  Check finished work for chips, scratches, or flaws and make it right so every product meets TSS standards.
• Measuring & Cutting:
  Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and shop tools to meet job specs.
• Tools & Equipment:
  Operate and take care of a variety of shop tools and hand tools.

• Follows Instructions:
  Can read work orders, job drawings, and simple specs.
• Basic Math:
  Solid basic math and comfortable reading a tape measure.
• Good With Your Hands:
  Enjoys hands‑on work; carpentry or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Flexible:
  Can juggle a few tasks at once and keep pace in a busy shop.
• Willing to Learn:
  Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools and systems.

• Lifting:
  Able to lift and handle at least 50 lbs.
• Activity:
  On your feet standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift.
• Safety:
  Safety glasses and safety shoes required at all times in production areas.
• Environment:
