Role snapshot

Run and adjust press brakes including Accurpress/Accupress, Dener, and Toyokoki to form parts per blueprint.

Execute complete tooling set‑up and changeover; safely remove and store tooling on job completion.

Use measurement gauges to verify tolerances; record inspection data to maintain quality documentation.

Track part counts precisely and label containers with customer, part number, quantity, and shop order information.

Coordinate with your supervisor and co‑workers to interpret instructions and sequence tasks.

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.Achieve target quality and productivity standards across assigned work.

Keep machines, tooling, and workstation clean and orderly each day.

Required strengths

Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical problem‑solving expertise.

Proficiency in press brake set‑ups for production runs.

Fluent in shop math and blueprint reading.

Hands‑on PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) experience.
