Description Scale Operator

• Remove the tag from the carcass
• Scan the tag into the computer
• Ensure all grades are properly imputed in the system, notify Management any grade or age deviations are off railed before scale
• Document all grade changes and times to Management the end of the shift

• Attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and cold environment
• Must have a great attendance and punctuality
