Work 36 hours, get paid for a full 40-hour week
- Operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
- Troubleshoot equipment and setup issues efficiently
- Read blueprints, schematics, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Use precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience
- Ability to read blueprints and understanding of production procedures
- Experience with Gantry Style, Swiss Style, or Mill/Turn Style lathes is a plus
- Experience with Murata or Star machinery is a bonus but not required
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative team attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the 12-hour shift
