We are currently seeking a Shop Saw Operator to support our fabrication team by accurately cutting, preparing, and organizing materials for welders and fabricators. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality work.

• Operate band saws, cold saws, and other cutting equipment to prepare materials for fabrication.
• Read work orders, cut lists, and shop drawings to determine material requirements.
• Measure, mark, and cut steel, aluminum, and other materials to precise specifications.
• Assist welders and fabricators by staging and organizing materials for production.
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after cutting.
• Maintain proper identification and inventory of cut materials.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on saw equipment.
• Support shop operations and assist with other fabrication-related tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, or saw operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Experience reading blueprints and shop drawings is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
