Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
  • Basic math and measurement skills preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive assembly, manufacturing, production, assembly line, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality inspections and production standards preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is beneficial.

Job Duties
  • Assemble automotive components and vehicle systems, including interiors, chassis, electrical components, and related assemblies according to specifications.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and production quality.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects, quality concerns, or non-conforming conditions.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, safety concerns, and quality defects to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with company policies and manufacturing standards.
  • Meet daily production goals, quality requirements, and schedule expectations while working collaboratively with team members.
