Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in fueling and dispensing equipment, is seeking a 1st Shift
- Assembly to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift
- Assembly
Location: SPRING LAKE, MI
Pay Range: $16
Shift: Monday
- Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fasteners to build completed assemblies
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and follow assembly drawings, work orders, and production instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Four-day work week with three-day weekends
