Quality Inspector

Job Description

Now Hiring Quality Inspectors! We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspectors to inspect, repair, and polish painted parts to meet customer quality standards. This role is critical in identifying paint defects, performing touch-ups, and ensuring finished parts are shipment-ready.

Responsibilities

• Inspect painted parts exiting the oven for defects
• Identify paint defects, record data, and determine root causes
• Polish or repair defects to meet quality standards
• Document inspection and repair results accurately
• Ensure parts are clean, labeled, and traceable before shipment
• Support production targets and follow safety and quality procedures
• Communicate quality issues with production, maintenance, and lab teams

Requirements

• Grade 12 / High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a paint shop environment
• Experience polishing and repairing painted plastic parts
• Understanding of paint quality inspection standards
• Ability to read work instructions and follow safety procedures
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
