Job Overview
We are currently hiring full-time Machine Operators and Assembly Workers. Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Understanding of workplace safety practices
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools (e.g., tape measure, calipers) is a plus
- Awareness of manufacturing or assembly processes (preferred but not required)
