Trillium Staffing is now seeking Welders in Holly, MI!
Pay rate is $19- $22 depending on shift and experience.
Attendance bonuses! Schedule is1st shift: 7am-3:30pm or2nd shift: 4pm-12:30am.
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The Welder will perform MIG welding, assemble and fabricate metal components, and ensure finished products meet quality and production standards.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding and operate welding equipment.
- Set up machines and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
- Read blueprints and follow specifications.
- Maintain equipment and report issues.
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete production work accurately and on schedule.
- MIG welding experience required.
- Mechanical or fabrication knowledge preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints/specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working around heat, sparks, fumes, and industrial equipment while using required PPE.
- Welding certification is a plus.
