Own production welding setups—choose consumables, verify fixtures, and set parameters for consistent output.
Translate blueprints and technical drawings into precise fabrication steps.
Perform MIG (GMAW) welds to build components and assemblies to spec.
Inspect finished work for dimensional accuracy and conformance.
Keep your area spotless and compliant with safety practices.
Team up with peers to refine processes and reduce rework.
Tackle welding challenges quickly and effectively.
What sets you apart
Demonstrated welding and fabrication experience, especially in production environments.
Comfortable navigating complex prints and symbols.
Advanced MIG technique and parameter control.
Detail-driven with a commitment to top-tier quality.
Thrives both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced shop.
Resourceful problem-solver with initiative.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications welcome.
Core proficiencies
Accurate tape measure reading and layout.
Production welding setups and changeovers.
Blueprint reading and interpretation.
Primary machine you’ll run: MIG Welder.
