We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Ludington! This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work and are looking for a stable manufacturing position on 1st shift.

Pay Range: $20.50/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Assemble mechanical components and parts according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasks
  
  Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards
• Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned

What’s Needed?

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  
  Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts/tools
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
