1st Shift General Laborer

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team on the 1st shift, from 7 am to 3:15 pm. The role involves operating and monitoring plastic conversion machinery to ensure efficient production, inspecting products for quality and consistency, and performing basic machine adjustments. You will be responsible for packaging finished products according to company standards while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

• Operate and monitor plastic conversion machinery.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and able to stay on task independently.

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caledonia, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
