Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related field and/or 5 years of experience in mining or construction environment is preferred.

Positive and proactive attitude with ability to address issues and implement solutions.

Understanding of heavy equipment and mining operations.

Detail and process oriented with strong problem resolution abilities. Must be able to work in a team environment and willing and able to adapt to fast-paced changing environments.

Responsibilities:

Assist and coach team(s) to ensure quality, production, and shipment requirements are being met Maintain a safe workplace and work culture in accordance with company policy(s) and MSHA standards

Stay current with new equipment and technology in the industry

Meet budgeted production targets

Maintain environmental compliance per company policy, permits, and government regulations

Manage data captured including but not limited to SAP inputs, timecard maintenance, EMS system, Blast reporting

Manage employee productivity, job performance, and overall production efficiencies

Implement training plans to provide employees with the necessary training to perform their job safely and effectively
