Our client in Spring Lake, Mi is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.

What's in it for you?

• $18-$30/hour

• 6am-2:30pm and 2:45pm-1:15am

• Full time hours

What will you be doing?

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

• Set up, operate, and maintain MIG welding equipment

• Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications

• Measure and align work pieces using appropriate tools and fixtures

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies

• Perform minor maintenance on welding equipment as needed

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Strong understanding of welding techniques, procedures, and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and squares

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Own helmet and gloves
