Job Description

Exhale Systems is hiring Brand Ambassador / Field Marketing Coordinators to help support our brands around the state of Michigan. Having a reliable and consistent form of transportation and ability to travel 100 or more miles plays a crucial role for this position.
Pay starts at $20/hr plus mileage reimbursement.

A minimum of 15 account visits must be completed weekly, with guidance from the Sales and Marketing team. These visits will consist of a combination of the following:

  • Brand education sessions
  • Account onboarding
  • Routine account check-ins
  • Merchandising and display upkeep

During each drop-in, Field Marketing Coordinators are expected to:

  • Fill out the designated Field Marketing Visit Form (via Outfield or approved platform)
  • Document inventory needs, product placement, and marketing asset presence
  • Engage with key staff or buyers to gather feedback on brand performance
  • Ask key questions and document responses regarding swag, media assets, physical brand assets, budtender training, etc

A minimum of 5-9 Vendor Days must be completed each week, with scheduling and execution supported by the Sales and Marketing team. Each Vendor Day is expected to run for a minimum of 2 hours. These expectations are subject to change as Exhale's brand presence continues to grow and evolve.

Field Marketing team members are responsible for the setup and teardown of brand activation materials, which may include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Salary

$20 USD per hour

Required Skills

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in coordinating the setup and teardown for brand-sponsored events, while representing and providing brand education throughout the event.
  • Consistently receive feedback and data from accounts, you'll submit a corresponding form after each account visit. Part of your role will be working within our internal field management system.
  • Ensure that our brands and products are properly displayed in retail locations, while identifying opportunities to further our consumer awareness during field visits.
  • Setup of in-store displays and ensuring all marketing materials are properly placed, maintained, and in alignment with brand standards. Any issues with display execution will be deflected to the Field Marketing Manager for resolution.
  • Facilitating communication about customer feedback to the Sales and Marketing team to review and implement.
  • Providing support for our Sales and Marketing team through campaign and retail marketing material distribution, including retail displays and merchandising.
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align Field Marketing efforts to support current goals and objectives for each brand and account.
  • Report directly to the Field Marketing Manager, who will help prioritize weekly tasks, campaigns, and brand objectives.
  • Support the Field Marketing Manager with market research, brand audits, and retail-level competitive intelligence as needed.
  • Assist with capturing and organizing in-field content (photos and videos) for social media and internal reporting.
  • Support swag distribution, inventory tracking, and event prep — including packing, unpacking, and organizing materials.
  • Assist in compiling recaps for vendor days, retail visits, and events to help report wins and opportunities to the broader team.
  • Maintain brand standards during activations and ensure proper usage of marketing materials, displays, and branded merchandise.
  • Act as on-site brand support during high-impact events, assisting with setup, breakdown, consumer engagement, and lead capture.
  • Price-checking all Exhale brands on partner menus and websites to ensure accuracy and consistency. This includes verifying that product photos are uploaded, up to date, and that they match the correct strain names. Any inconsistencies should be flagged and communicated to the appropriate internal contact.
  • Additional responsibilities may be added or removed at any time based on team needs or market changes.
