Dow is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives for our manufacturing and materials science portfolio. In this role, you will develop integrated campaigns, manage digital channels, and translate market insights into actionable plans that support sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and R&D teams to build compelling content, launch new solutions, and strengthen Dow's brand in key industrial markets.
This position offers exposure to global projects, data-driven marketing, and continuous learning in a culture grounded in safety, inclusion, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Dow's manufacturing solutions across key industrial segments
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to guide positioning and messaging
- Manage digital channels, including email, web, and social, to generate and nurture B2
- B leads
- Collaborate with sales, product, and R&D teams to create content, sales tools, and launch plans
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize based on ROI and KPIs
- Support global branding and sustainability-focused initiatives aligned with Dow's corporate strategy
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative, events, and media placements
- Ensure all communications follow Dow brand, safety, and compliance standards
