The Pastor of Student Ministries is an ideal opportunity for someone who desires to join a collaborative team, develop as a leader, and have the freedom to shape the vision of a church's youth ministry. They will train up the youth in the Lord through teaching, worship, and conversation, all the while supported by a rich team of staff and volunteers.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Grace Church is searching for its next Pastor of Student Ministries to shepherd youth deeper in their relationships with the Lord. This person will oversee both middle school and high school, partnering with an established base of volunteers. Gathering with students on Wednesdays and Sundays, they will disciple students and join with the leadership of Grace Church to impact the White Lake, MI community for Christ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Pastor of Student Ministries will lead a team of adults who seek to help students become more alive in Christ, connected, and engaged in the world. He will be responsible for the evangelism, assimilation, discipleship, and pastoral care of the students of Grace Church, including Cross Roads (6th-8th grades) and Impact (9th-12th grades.)
