Sunrise Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a resident-centered activity and volunteer program across the Sunrise community;
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and engage families and community partners;
Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities and events; maintain activity calendar and newsletters;
Collaborate with departments to update resident ISP and ensure regulatory compliance; manage KPIs and Smile app;
Monitor budget and resources for activities and volunteers; support Reminiscence and Resident Care teams
