We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Minister to lead and nurture the spiritual growth of our youth community in Washington Township, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Youth Group Minister and a strong commitment to fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for young people.

• Plan, organize, and lead weekly youth group meetings, activities, and events.
• Develop and implement programs that encourage spiritual growth and community involvement among youth.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to youth members and their families.
• Collaborate with church leadership and volunteers to coordinate youth ministry efforts.
• Facilitate youth participation in church services, outreach, and mission projects.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding youth activities and progress.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all youth participants.

• Proven experience as a Youth Group Minister or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and connect with youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and events.
• Commitment to the values and mission of the church community.
• Relevant education or training in ministry, theology, or youth counseling is a plus.
