democracy FIRST is seeking highly motivated Field Organizers to expand our pro-democracy efforts in Michigan for the 2026 fall cycle. As a full-time Field Organizer, you will help grow our field program down the ballot and support election administration protections for the future.
You will engage voters and operate across the city you’re assigned to, reporting to the Regional Organizing Director (ROD). Campaign offices will be located in Paw Paw.
