The Brook Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Manager to join our leadership team. Our community provides both Independent and Assisted Living services, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm, resident‑centered environment.
This role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the community, including all clinical functions, and works closely with our corporate support staff to ensure high‑quality service, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.

- Implementation and oversight of quality management initiatives
- Collaboration with community providers and referral sources
- Ongoing communication with residents and their families
- Representing The Brook within the local community
- Staff hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
- Oversight of contracted food service operations
- Oversight of resident activities and engagement programs
- Billing and payroll processing
- Ensuring a safe, supportive, and well‑managed environment for residents and staff
- Must hold an active RN or LPN license
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing staff
- Strong professionalism, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Skilled in problem resolution and team leadership
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Demonstrates compassion, patience, and a resident‑focused mindset
- Experience in Clinical Operations and managing healthcare staff
- Proficiency in providing Training to team members and ensuring proper implementation
- Knowledge of Home Care and related services
- Strong understanding of Medicine and healthcare management
- Expertise in Quality Improvement practices to enhance patient care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Relevant certifications or licensure in nursing, healthcare management, or a related field
- Experience:
Nursing: 2 years (Required) - License/Certification: BLS Certification (Preferred)
- License/Certification: RN or LPN license (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
