RN Registered Nurse - Up to $43.55 per hour on NIGHTS! (Dimondale, MI)

Our Registered Nurses deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:
Up to $43.55 per hour on NIGHTS! PLUS $12,000 Sign On Bonus! (or $6,000 for Part Time!)

• Starting wages; $35.15 - $38.15 per hour based on years of certification
  • Shift Premium $4.00 per hour during 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Shift Premium $5.00 per hour during 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay

• Full Time position available
• All shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays
• Night shift available

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventive and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, create a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team – give direction & assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) – must be licensed in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
