Shift: 6 hour daily

Days:
Sunday through Saturday (flexible scheduling available)

• Monitor and assess patient vitals and physical condition continuously
• Maintain accurate daily care logs and documentation
  
  Provide PRN catheter insertion
• Provide support to in Home Aide and family

• A current RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan.

• A urine drug screen and background check is performed prior to an offer of employment.
