Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical care team in Bloomfield Hills. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and report to the interdisciplinary care team
- Collaborate with CNAs and other team members to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
- Participate in care planning meetings, shift hand-offs, and quality assurance programs
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies
- Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Michigan
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/BLS certification (required prior to start)
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Point Click Care preferred)
