• Provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
• Assist with admissions, assessments, documentation, and discharge processes
• Communicate openly with residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Be the calming, confident presence that residents trust and families appreciate

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently licensed in the State of Michigan
• CPR certified and ready to jump into action when needed
• IV Certified preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) is a plus
• A team player with strong communication skills and a true heart for senior care
• Reliable, professional, and ready to bring your best to every shift
