Full Time: 2nd Shift Part Time: 2nd Shift 8-Hour Shifts 60-Bed Facility Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA)

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements, including vitals
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

• Current CNA/STNA license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service-minded approach and desire to learn and grow
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attendance and commitment to resident-centered care
