What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse ( RN ), you will:
* Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
* Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
* Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient's journey.
Minimum Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Current Michigan RN license.
* BLS, certification required.
* Commitment to Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values.
Continuing Employment Requirements
* Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff.
(Typically acquired during 1-3 months of orientation.)
* Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
* Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
