• Starting wage $17.15 per hour

• 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts available – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time days available
• Part‑time nights available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans. Duties include bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Record and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, foster a positive, healing environment.

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
