Pay Range: $22.41 - $26.21/hr. (Includes $3.40/hr Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through rate, approved through September 30, 2026)
Shift Premiums: 2:30pm-10:30pm $1.00 | 10:31pm-7:00am $0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31pm - Sun 11:00pm) $1.00

What You’ll Do in This RoleAs a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Hands‑On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support Mealtime – Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
- Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
- Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
- Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well‑stocked with essentials.
- Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
- Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
- Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top‑notch care.
- Michigan CNA Certification (a must!)
- Experience caring for the elderly? Awesome! If not, we’ll teach you.
- The ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions like a pro.
