• Be a reassuring voice, the skilled clinician and the advocate who helps residents feel safe, seen and supported.
• Build relationships with residents through daily check-ins, observation of subtle changes, listening to stories, and helping families feel confident in their loved one’s care.
• Lead and guide the nursing team on your unit; communicate to strengthen trust and improve outcomes.
• Assess residents’ conditions, support staff, and ensure safety and infection control protocols are followed.
• Document observations to ensure care remains thoughtful and responsive to each resident’s rhythms and stories.
• Serve as a bridge between residents, families and the care team to keep everyone informed, supported and connected.
• Foster a team environment where actions reflect safety policies and organizational values.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan Board of Nursing (required).
• Successful completion of an accredited RN program.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health, medical, surgical or critical care is preferred.

• Shift: Day Shift or Night Shift, 12-hour shifts
• Weekends:
  Every other weekend rotation for Full-time and Part-time, required
• Pay rate: $35.90–$38.40 per hour, based on licensure
• Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour
