As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting nurses and other staff by performing a variety of duties to enhance the quality of life for residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans
• Helping with lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents
• Coordinating dining room services, including set-up, clean-up, and meal documentation
• Delivering nutritional supplements and assisting with intake documentation
• Weighing residents and recording weight changes
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' skin conditions
• Assisting with toileting program activities
• Completing daily flow sheets and documenting resident progress
• Communicating changes in resident conditions to nurses and supervisors

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 1 year experience in setting
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Travel experience
• BLS certification (Must be AHA)
• Successful work history with previous employment longer than 13 weeks
• No disciplinary action in effect against certification
